About the role
- Support planning and preparation for 2026 events including PJ Library in Aspen, Life & Legacy, and JCamp 180.
- Assist with conference logistics including event signage, menu planning, run-of-show documents, AV production schedules, and planning timelines.
- Review and inventory completed Story First videos, interviews, and b-roll within the StoryFirst/HGF Dropbox.
- Organize and maintain digital event materials and media assets.
- Build out 2027 event blueprints in Wrike for multiple events.
- Support additional event planning and coordination tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with shared digital tools and file systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Interest in event planning, project management, Jewish communities, or nonprofit work is a plus.
