Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensed as a NP in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located
  • Federal DEA License/eligibility
  • Active CPR/BLS Certification
  • Board Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care
  • Geriatric training/experience preferred
