About the role

  • Responsible for inbound/outbound communication and business development for HarmonyCares Medical Group (house calls)
  • Act as local market B2B, B2C, and D2C representative educating community partners and potential patients about the company, mission and services
  • Facilitate patient transitions of care from area facilities and referral partners to HarmonyCares and explain benefits of enrollment to eligible patients and caregivers
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive landscape assessment to differentiate HarmonyCares services
  • Meet and exceed in-person and virtual meeting goals with key decision makers
  • Understand and educate on eligibility and enrollment processes for HarmonyCares Medical Group
  • Provide education on and facilitate benefit enrollment and processes as requested
  • Track performance in CRM and adhere to budgeted regional targets
  • Schedule face-to-face or phone discussions with patients and caregivers to provide guidance on eligibility
  • Inform patients about voluntary alignment with ACOs and collect Voluntary Alignment Form when applicable
  • Answer inbound calls from patients, families, and facility staff regarding company business units
  • Promptly triage patient concerns related to care needs, scheduling and billing to appropriate departments
  • Oversee and document outreach calls and meetings with external sources
  • Adhere to company policies, applicable laws and marketing requirements; comply with HIPAA privacy and security guidelines
  • Maintain consistent communication with sales leader and local Business Unit leadership and support staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR four years of B2B sales experience
  • Three years of health care related industry sales/marketing experience required
  • Excellent organization and problem solving skills
  • Ability to appropriately represent company service capabilities to targeted referral sources
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and territory management
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and customer service skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and attend sales meetings as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Preferred: Self-motivated and driven individual who does not require significant oversight after orientation and training
