About the role
- Implement, train, and provide end-user support for the various technologies in use throughout the company
- Work with physicians and office staff in a classroom setting as well as deliver training in a virtual environment
- Design, develop, and deliver effective new hire training programs to equip employees with the essential knowledge and skills required
- Conduct ongoing education sessions to enhance the capabilities of our existing workforce, enabling continuous growth and development
- Collaborate closely with various departments to identify training needs and understand business objectives to tailor training programs accordingly
- Offer valuable insights and recommendations to improve training methods, content, and overall learning experience for employees
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, collecting feedback from participants to continuously enhance the quality of our training programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our training strategies are current and aligned with the latest developments
Requirements
- Two or more years of Customer Service or Healthcare experience
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a dedication to ensuring exceptional learning experiences for employees
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
- Possess a solid foundation of project management skills
- Strong organization, analytical, technical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both interpersonally and on a technical level
- Flexible with the ability to respond well to urgent matters in a calm positive manner
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Flexible hours with the ability to travel and work at various locations as required, with Sunday departures as needed
