About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sit between customers, product, and engineering to ensure live implementations work
Work with compliance and risk teams to understand their processes
Translate customer processes and needs into user stories for engineers
Configure the Harmoney platform for KYC and AML workflows
Own testing and validation before customer sign-off
Distinguish scalable product features from one-off customer requests
Write user guides and knowledge base articles
Manage multiple implementations simultaneously
Structure ambiguous or incomplete requirements and communicate automation limitations to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience in KYC and AML, including client onboarding, screening, EDD, or alert handling
2+ years of experience as a business, functional, product, or delivery analyst, or implementation consultant
Ability to turn ambiguity into structure
Ability to hold your ground in requirements workshops
Comfortable using Jira and Confluence
Fluent English
Native-level Dutch or French
Ownership and initiative
Experience with TPRM, REST APIs, Postman, browser DevTools, software testing/QA, or AI tools is nice to have
