Play a key role in shaping how data and systems support our business operations.

Analyze, define, and document business requirements and processes, translating them into functional specifications for IT solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools.
Strong experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA, with a particular focus on SAP Finance (FI).
Experience managing external vendors and holding them accountable for delivering agreed outcomes.
Proven leadership experience leading projects, influencing stakeholders, and guiding teams in solving complex business and technical challenges.
Familiarity with software development methodologies in a large, global organization is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of, or experience in, other SAP functional areas, such as Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD).
Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment.
