About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Europe, providing pragmatic, business-aligned HR guidance.
Deliver both strategic and hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Partner with leadership teams to build organisational capability, support business growth, and drive workforce planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws across multiple European jurisdictions.
Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
Maintain and adapt HR policies and practices to ensure alignment with local legal requirements and organisational needs.
Contribute and support cross-border HR projects and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven HR Business Partner experience in a multi-country European environment.
Strong knowledge of European labour law and employee relations frameworks.
Demonstrated experience working with Works Councils and/or employee representative bodies (essential).
Fluency in English, German and French (essential).
Experience with HRIS systems.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
