About the role
- Collect, structure and monitor stakeholder requirements during complete lifecycle processes
- Ensure data maintenance in the Requirements Management tools
- Measure and report the process performance based on defined KPIs
- Ensure availability of customer requirements specifications
- Distribute customer requirements to project stakeholders for analysis
- Exchange official evaluation results to the customer
- Create the requirements specification baselines
- Track and report missing analysis information
- Change Request support regarding requirements according to tailored CR process
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of requirements management
- Good knowledge of embedded software and systems
- Excellent knowledge of RFI/RFQ process
- Knowledge of Requirements Management Tool “Doors Next Generation”, “DOORS”, and Doors exchange mechanism
- Configuration management rules and tools especially baselining
- Knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive SPICE®)
- Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business
- Fluent communication skills in English and Japanese
- Experience working with or for a Japanese automotive supplier / carmaker
