About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support strategic Legal & Compliance initiatives aligned with departmental goals and the Legal & Compliance strategic plan.
  • Manage strategic projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and delivery.
  • Collaborate across Legal & Compliance, DigITal, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Select, implement and maintain global Legal & Compliance technologies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead or manage Legal & Compliance technology initiatives, including implementation, optimization, governance, and user adoption.
  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in legal operations or related legal leadership roles.
  • Proven experience building and leading cross-functional projects, programs, or Centers of Excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of legal processes, litigation, case management, e-discovery, and legal technology platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities with a demonstrated track record of driving process improvement.
