About the role
- Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for end-to-end procurement processes, digital tools, and system capabilities
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of process and system enhancements
- Monitor system performance and process adherence, proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks
- Act as the procurement representative in enterprise-wide digital initiatives
- Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and process standards
- Lead the design, development, and ongoing refinement of procurement processes and workflows
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks and process documentation
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to design and implement integrated, end-to-end processes
- Work closely with category teams, operations, and system experts to enhance procurement efficiency
- Collaborate with the digital transformation team to drive digital initiatives within Procurement
Requirements
- University degree in a business or digital function or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of business experience within procurement or surrounding functions
- Progressive experience in procurement processes, tools, and systems management
- Understanding of procurement best practices and digitalization trends
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies
- Affinity to design processes and tools
