• Review time sheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
• Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system
• Ensure correct information is posted onto designated records
• Process garnishments and transportation deductions
• Compute wages and deductions, and enter data electronically
• Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and garnishments, to ensure payroll records are maintained and updated
• Administer and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions
• Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from electronic sign in, time sheets and other records
• Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
• Provide superior customer service skills, demonstrating courtesy and tact
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on learning effectiveness, engagement, and performance outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize KPIs and trends across talent development programs.

• Partner with People Analytics to ensure alignment with broader HR metrics and reporting.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope, plan, and evaluate high-impact learning programs.
• Apply instructional design principles to support the development and enhancement of learning content.
• Assist in designing scalable learning experiences, including digital modules, workshops, and blended learning formats.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using models such as Kirkpatrick and recommend improvements.
• Administer and maintain LMS platforms (e.g., LearnUpon, LinkedIn Learning), ensuring data accuracy and optimal user experience.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and vendors for resolution.
• Support the selection, implementation, and integration of new learning technologies.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal knowledge repositories and learning libraries.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training (e.g., legal, safety) through accurate tracking and reporting.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, IT, and business leaders to align learning strategies with organizational goals.
• Deliver timely insights and reports to senior stakeholders to inform decision-making.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development and analytics.

• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data and feedback.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize key metrics such as retention, mobility, and performance outcomes.
• Partner with People Analytics to align reporting with broader HR and business goals.
• Create and curate content for talent programs, including toolkits, guides, and digital learning assets.
• Maintain internal knowledge repositories and ensure accessibility and relevance of materials.
• Apply instructional design principles to support scalable and engaging content delivery.
• Administer and optimize talent-related systems (e.g., Workday, LMS platforms, Lattice) to support performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and vendors for resolution.
