Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in a related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically Project Procurement
Familiarity with heavy industrial projects, including chemical, refining, pulp and paper, power, and manufacturing
Ability to organize effectively and execute contracts
Complete understanding of contract language and commercial terms and conditions
Working knowledge of contract law and the UCC
Ability to negotiate contract conditions with suppliers and contractors
Working knowledge of International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS)
Knowledge and understanding of payment terms
Proficient in SAP, Ariba, or other ERP software
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written listening and communication skills
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods
Must be authorized to work in the United States
