Customer Success Manager

• Own the ongoing relationship with a portfolio of customers after onboarding, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Support customers in achieving their goals by guiding adoption and effective use of HarborLab over time.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders through regular engagement and understanding of their needs.
• Maintain awareness of customer usage, engagement, and overall health to identify risks and opportunities early.
• Support customer growth by identifying ways HarborLab can deliver additional value as customer needs evolve.
• Contribute to customer advocacy by capturing feedback, learnings, and success stories as customers realize value.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed as the product and services evolve.

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business across designated Asian markets
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in target markets, with a focus on Singapore and other key shipping hubs in the region
• Create and own a sales strategy for designated target markets within the region
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
• Present and tailor solutions to client needs, driving sustainable revenue growth
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover post-sale

Business Intelligence Developer

• **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
• - Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders
• - Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and business outcomes
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support. Work with the product team to help better understand the behaviour of our users, through usage and platform data, and find new ways to extract actionable intelligence from this data
• - Present insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making
• - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analyses and reporting
• - Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools, technologies, and best practices

• Check and Review the PDA and FDA costs following Harbor Lab’s standards
• Negotiate with agents and/or port service providers, look for spot agreements or contracts on behalf of the client
• Review charter party, worldscale, bimco, etc to identify and mark Charterer’s Account or rebillable items, if any in the proforma or final DA
• Effectively communicate with internal and external business stakeholders
