About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess client needs and install and implement legal, accounting, consulting systems, integrations, and enterprise solutions
Provide leadership to all team members
Apply deployment methodologies and act as escalation point for complex situations
Provide go-live off-hours support and perform production system upgrades
Migrate on-premises solutions to the cloud using REST services and third-party tools
Write reports using SQL and cloud-based reporting solutions
Own end-to-end software implementation, including scoping, planning, development, installation, configuration, deployment, and support
Manage client communications and set project expectations
Support product rollouts and train end users
Prioritize workload to meet client expectations
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Provide design and architecture expertise for client integrations
Develop and implement integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, flat files, XML files, and APIs
Provision Boomi ATOMS and troubleshoot on-premises resource access
Deliver new integrations as a technical configuration resource and functional client-facing resource
Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve client integration issues
Own integration strategy and rationalization
Populate cloud-hosted systems using REST services
Work closely with clients to roll out software solutions containing their data
Deliver technical solutions to non-technical clients
Review and resolve complex technical support requests
Maintain 80–90% utilization on client-billable projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education
At least 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role in a legal services/law firm environment
Experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries with a solid understanding of relational database structure and normalization
Expert proficiency with Microsoft SQL scripting language
Competence in problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality
Preferred: expert proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, Parquet
Preferred: expert proficiency in IIS, SSL, XML, JQUERY
Preferred: experience with ETL concepts and data warehousing integrations
Preferred: experience using Sisense reporting tool
Preferred: experience with legal systems such as Aderant, Elite, iManage
Preferred: advanced knowledge in legal operations and technical fields
Preferred: experience with Dell Boomi
Preferred: experience using Microsoft ADF/Azure Data Factory and related object types
Preferred: experience with KeyVault, Blob Storage, ADLSg2, Logic Apps, or Power Automate
Preferred: experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or TFVC
Preferred: experience with Functions and Azure Managed Identities
