About the role
- Support legal technology and operations PMO with project administration, resource coordination, and governance
- Facilitate initial resource assignments for Closed Won opportunities and maintain project rosters in Cloud Coach
- Track staffing changes and assist with conflicts, overallocations, and forecast discrepancies
- Monitor time entry compliance and prepare time data for forecasting and invoice approval
- Review submitted time prior to invoice generation and coordinate invoice approval with Finance
- Help resolve billing discrepancies and gather backup documentation (timesheets, budgets, SOWs, CRs)
- Support end-to-end project setup including templates, file/folder structures, and access permissions
- Maintain project documentation (status reports, RAID logs, trackers, budget summaries) and assist with closeout
- Support PMO governance, track key performance metrics, and maintain a central knowledge base
- Assist with Sales-to-Service handoff and PMO or Practice Group initiatives, audits, and process improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years experience supporting project delivery in a client-facing professional services environment
- Resourcing and project management experience preferred
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred
- Cloud Coach and NetSuite experience a plus!
- Proficient in project management or PSA tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, Excel)
- Problem solver with critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills required
- Able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
