Transform and scale engineering organization into a predictable, elite execution engine
Partner with product leadership to align technical capacity with product prioritization
Direct major enterprise initiatives, including modernization of the legacy codebase
Drive successful adoption of AI-assisted tooling across engineering and quality assurance teams
Transition the quality assurance framework from manual to automated testing
Optimize capacity allocation for innovation and ongoing maintenance
Deliver comprehensive codebase refactoring within specified timeframes

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 or more years of progressive software engineering experience
4 or more years in a senior engineering leadership role
Proven track record leading and scaling engineering organizations in a B2B SaaS company
Experience partnering at the executive level to translate technical strategy into business outcomes
Experience owning and managing an engineering P&L
Proven experience leading large-scale legacy modernization efforts
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated QA frameworks, and metrics programs
Exceptional strategic capability and change leadership skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
