About the role
- Analyze and process various client orders for services offered by CorpoMax, including corporate filings
- Validate and enter data into databases and systems
- Follow up on files and update related client information
- Supply requested information accurately and promptly
- Provide outstanding service to clients in both French and English
- Forward mail and prepare courier shipments
- Issue invoices and record payments
- Ensure deadlines, policies, and standards are met when fulfilling client orders
- Adhere to best practices, including confidentiality and quality reviews
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvement
- Provide actionable feedback to the team to enhance the customer experience
- Perform daily tasks with meticulous attention to detail
Requirements
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment
- Strong priority management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of professionalism
- Demonstrates sound judgment, autonomy, and enjoys being part of a team
- Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction
- Competency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access), Google Workspace, and typical workplace software
- QuickBooks experience is an asset
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Must reside in the State of Delaware or its immediate surroundings
- Ability to work 5 days per week onsite in Newark, DE
- Schedule: 8:30 to 5:00 Monday to Friday
