About the role
- Own and deliver strategic roadmap Ideas and quarterly outcomes aligned to company goals (growth, retention, efficiency, margin).
- Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with Engineering and Design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine enhancement requests, bugs, and new opportunities.
- Define Epics and User Stories with clear scope, dependencies, and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Produce user journey, process, and data flow diagrams; create wireframes and collaborate on higher-fidelity designs.
- Lead requirements sessions, user acceptance testing, internal training, and product launches.
- Manage backlog, sprint readiness, and delivery tracking using Jira.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor product performance and user engagement.
- Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly with cross-functional partners and leadership.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager owning products or significant product areas from discovery through launch.
- Strong ability to translate business goals and user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and comfort operating in a regulated or high-accuracy environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to guide decisions.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools such as Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
