About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Update and develop internal performance indicator reports and distribute them to the sales team;
  • Support and monitor the calculation and settlement of merchandising and sales incentives;
  • Prepare and analyze data and reports such as inventory turnover, critical dates, etc., providing insights for strategic decision-making;
  • Develop and analyze team performance KPIs;
  • Create presentations for management meetings;
  • Develop, track, and reconcile incentive campaigns;
  • Monitor the application and placement of point-of-sale materials;
  • Serve as the interface between stores (POS) and the manufacturer/company;
  • Liaise with merchandising agencies;
  • Train the team on new processes, market research, and product launches;
  • Maintain store and promoter registration records;
  • Open and manage vacancies for São Paulo and affiliated companies in other states;
  • Update the operational database;
  • Monitor targets and results;
  • Monitor route planning and analyze updates to the promoter cost base (evaluate promoter procedures and their feasibility);
  • Monitor sales — track Sell-in and Sell-out;
  • Visit points of sale (POS) to oversee execution and propose improvement actions to better promote our brands;
  • Perform other related activities as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Publicity, Commercial Management, and/or Business Administration;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Experience in the food industry.
