Requirements

What you’ll need

Track Record: You have at least 7 years of experience in professional software development.
Tech Stack: You are fluent in Go and perform well even in large legacy applications.
Cloud & IaC: You are confident using AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3) and know how to manage infrastructure as code.
Connectivity: You have solid experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and asynchronous architectures.
Engineering Excellence: Clean code and clean architecture are integral to your practice.
Quality Mindset: You hold extremely high standards for the quality of your work.
Agentic: Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools are your tools of choice, and you’re committed to continually improving your use of agents.
Language Skills: You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English.
Legal: You are based in Germany and have the necessary work authorization.
