About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle stage transitions.
  • Configure custom objects, properties, and pipelines to reflect business requirements.
  • Leverage HubSpot’s CRM and Marketing Hub tools to improve data structure, segmentation, and marketing operations efficiency.
  • Create custom forms, landing pages, and email journeys to support awareness, upsell, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot custom objects, HUBDB, and technical configuration (DNS, domains, authentication)
  • Integrate HubSpot with external tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LoanPro, Zapier, and third-party APIs.
  • Ensure seamless data syncing, troubleshoot integration issues, and build custom API solutions as needed.
  • Support technical setup including DNS/domain configuration, email login and verification, opt-outs, and authentication flows.
  • Launch marketing campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub: create landing pages, forms, email sequences, and SMS journeys.
  • Connect and manage paid ads, social media, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to support awareness, upsell, and remarketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot to monitor campaign performance and funnel KPIs.
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, and other tools to drive strategic decisions.
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HubSpot marketing automation and CRM administration
  • Proven experience managing complex workflow automations and lead nurturing journeys
  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools and API-based platforms
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing across email, paid, SMS, and social
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a hands-on marketing ops role
