About the role
- Manage distributor relationships & check-ins
- Deliver sales updates & presentations
- Analyze data (VIP, depletions, trends, inventory)
- Engage customers & internal teams
- Drive sales & larger distributor orders
- Ensure distributor reps & DMs meet goals
- Manage budgets & bill backs
- Oversee POS marketing & incentives
- Handle inventory management (short-term & long-term)
Requirements
- 2+ years in Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred
- Proven sales success & revenue growth
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint & Google Slides)
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving & critical thinking
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Effective communication, presentation & negotiation skills
