About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Will work closely with leadership to identify new market opportunities, assist in creating sales materials and partnership communications with prospective and current clients.
- Support the agency's new business campaigns and other active agency marketing and advertising efforts.
- Support the new business team by preparing compelling proposals, graphics, and other sales enablement materials to help us win new clients.
- Help create content and materials to support joint marketing efforts with our important technology partners.
- Will be a main point of contact for the agency partnerships by handling communication, marketing collateral and events, in collaboration with agency leadership.
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, case studies, one-pagers, and presentation decks using tools like Figma and/or Canva.
- Write clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy for our website, landing pages, case studies, email marketing campaigns, and other digital assets.
- Own and manage our content and communications calendar, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality content.
- Lead the process of collecting information, assets, and written contributions from various team members, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage our agency's social media presence across key channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X), including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a communications role at a digital agency or a similarly fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of writing samples (e.g., blog posts, web copy, email campaigns).
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with proficiency in a design tool like Figma, Canva, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A tech-savvy mindset and the ability to learn new software and platforms quickly.
- You should be very comfortable leveraging AI to complete tasks and projects.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite), including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different personalities and teams.
- A proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated attitude.
