Requirements
- Senior-level experience designing SaaS products in a startup or scale-up environment
- Strong product and systems thinking – you see how pieces connect
- High-quality visual and interaction design skills
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach with engineers
- Comfort with ambiguity: you thrive without heavy hand-holding
- Fluency with AI tools (this is expected, not optional)
