Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, implementation, and governance of strategic and operational projects across Asia.
Partner with regional senior management and global PMO to translate business strategy into executable programs that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
Provide regular project and strategy updates to the regional leadership team.
Define and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and templates.
Monitor project health, risk, and budget compliance.
Drive accountability and ensure timely project closure with proper handover.
Facilitate workshops and reviews to drive engagement and best-practice sharing.
Track project KPIs, milestones, and success metrics using analytical tools (Excel, Power BI/Qlik).
Conduct market and operational analyses to identify regional opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience in PMO, strategy, business transformation, or consulting.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry preferred.
