About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and scale a global UX community, including governance, formats, platforms and shared assets (e.g., playbooks, templates, standards).
  • Drive UX adoption across the organization through storytelling, leadership engagement, and internal communication.
  • Design and facilitate events (e.g., guilds, chapters, meetups, demos) to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Own and scale a structured UX learning framework (e.g., multi-level learning paths, role-based training and expert development)
  • Embed UX practices into Product and Engineering workflows, strengthening collaboration and ways of working.
  • Define and track UX maturity and community success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, capability growth).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or a related field
  • Several years of experience in UX, Product Design or User Research in cross-functional environments
  • Proven experience in community building, enablement or organizational development
  • Experience designing and delivering training or coaching
  • Strong facilitation, storytelling and communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels without direct authority
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in large, distributed organizations is a plus
  • Fluent in English
