About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale a global UX community, including governance, formats, platforms and shared assets (e.g., playbooks, templates, standards).
Drive UX adoption across the organization through storytelling, leadership engagement, and internal communication.
Design and facilitate events (e.g., guilds, chapters, meetups, demos) to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Own and scale a structured UX learning framework (e.g., multi-level learning paths, role-based training and expert development)
Embed UX practices into Product and Engineering workflows, strengthening collaboration and ways of working.
Define and track UX maturity and community success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, capability growth).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or a related field
Several years of experience in UX, Product Design or User Research in cross-functional environments
Proven experience in community building, enablement or organizational development
Experience designing and delivering training or coaching
Strong facilitation, storytelling and communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels without direct authority
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in large, distributed organizations is a plus
Fluent in English
