Director, Revenue Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Region in optimizing revenue, product performance, and commercial processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Service, Trade Management, and Digital stakeholders
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Drive ownership, accountability, and transparency across all RM topics
- Ensure delivery of customer value and commercial performance by aligning strategies with market dynamics and operational capabilities
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across Revenue Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or several years of experience performing quantitative business analysis with a background in either revenue management or analytical function
- Strong analytical skills and mathematic proficiency, to include advanced statistics and probability modelling, as well as linear algebra.
- Familiar with Hapag-Lloyd systems (Outlook, FIS, Salesforce, QlikView/Qlik Sense) and data-driven tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
- Proven ability to drive alignment and influence decision-making in a cross-functional environment
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset under pressure
- Receptive to new ideas with strong motivation for continuous self-development
- Ability to originate and develop ideas, evaluate complex situations, and take appropriate action
