About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform component-level and module-level repair of Hanwha Vision products, including CCTV cameras, recorders, and related devices
Conduct functional testing and quality verification of repaired products
Replace defective components and assemblies according to repair procedures
Prepare repaired products for shipment, including packaging and outbound processing
Maintain accurate repair records and work documentation
Follow established repair, quality, and safety procedures
Support general service center operations as assigned

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Interest in electronics, technology, or repair-related work
Experience with PC assembly, electronic devices, or technical troubleshooting
Previous experience in repair, manufacturing, warehouse, or technical support environments
Ability to communicate in both Korean and English is a plus
