Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Portfolio Management team in resolving commercial, operational, and contractual issues.
Assist with financial planning and analytics for operating assets.
Analyze monthly project-level P&L statements.
Conduct monthly reviews of operational and financial KPIs.
Prepare recurring reporting deliverables such as dashboards and lender reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, environmental studies, or a related field.
2+ years of asset management experience
Strong problem-solving skills
An advanced user of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, dynamic arrays, PivotTables/Pivot Charts, data modeling, automated reporting, and VBA/macros for workflow automation.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
