About the role

  • Advising companies on the introduction and optimization of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Bitbucket.
  • Developing tailored solutions for agile projects and IT service management, from concept to implementation.
  • Conducting engaging workshops and training sessions to prepare teams for Atlassian tools and agile methods.
  • Analyzing complex requirements and producing concepts that deliver real added value.
  • Supporting migrations to the Atlassian Cloud and integrating solutions into existing IT landscapes.
  • Collaborating with internal experts and partners to drive innovative solutions and best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, ideally also Bitbucket, Bamboo).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and IT service management.
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and a process-oriented way of working.
  • Excellent German and very good English skills.
  • Atlassian certification or interest in obtaining one.
