About the role
- Planning and management of SharePoint solutions and migrations
- Responsible for tenant-to-tenant and content migrations
- Developing sustainable migration strategies
- Executing migrations using modern tools
- Ensuring quality through data integrity checks and testing
- Supporting end users during go-live
- Conducting workshops for requirements gathering and end-user training
Requirements
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification gained through professional experience
- Several years of practical experience implementing, administering, and migrating SharePoint environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid)
- Solid experience with content migrations and ideally tenant-to-tenant (T2T) migrations
- Strong proficiency with migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of SQL Server/Clustering and Azure is an advantage
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-900, SC-400) are an advantage or willingness to obtain them
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to attend occasional on-site customer meetings
