About the role

Advising companies on the implementation and optimization of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
Developing tailored solutions for agile projects and IT service management, from concept through implementation.
Delivering engaging workshops and training to enable teams to work effectively with Atlassian products and agile methodologies.
Analyzing complex requirements and producing concepts that create real value.
Supporting migrations to the Atlassian Cloud and integrating Atlassian tools into existing IT landscapes.
Collaborating with internal experts and partners to drive innovative solutions and promote best practices.

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence; ideally also Bitbucket and Bamboo).
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and IT service management.
Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a process-oriented way of working.
Very good German and very good English skills.
Atlassian certification or willingness to obtain one.
