About the role
- Implementation of change projects related to collaboration, process automation (low-code), cloud and GenAI, from analysis through to sustainable embedding within the organization.
- Development and implementation of modern change strategies: You will develop innovative approaches together with our clients and your team to embed changes sustainably in the organization.
- Content creation for Change & Adoption: You design and produce creative content — from video scripts and mood trailers (e.g., with Powtoon) and explainer videos to learning materials and training videos in SCORM format for Learning Management Systems, as well as other project marketing materials.
- Facilitation of workshops on vision, change story and user journeys in a digital context.
- Stakeholder and impact analyses: You identify success factors and ensure acceptance and value of new solutions.
Requirements
- Degree (e.g., in business psychology, business informatics, communications) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in change projects with a focus on Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams), process automation (low-code solutions like the Power Platform), cloud and/or GenAI (e.g., Copilot).
- Enthusiasm for innovation and interest in new technologies and their impact on the world of work.
- A systemic additional qualification and/or certification as a trainer or Prosci Change Practitioner is desirable.
- Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
- Customer orientation, team spirit and flexibility — you actively shape the interface between technology and people.
- Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2); willingness to travel to client sites.
