Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
Optimize external scientific engagement with KOLs, HCPs, and healthcare entities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced medical or scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DNP)
5+ years of field medical experience, including 2+ years in a team leadership role
Strong experience with both proactive and reactive field medical initiatives
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and external KOLs/HCPs
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex science into relevant clinical context
Demonstrated understanding of compliance, ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines related to Medical Affairs
Ability to travel approximately 50%
