About the role

  • Support for budget planning, forecasts, and multi-year planning
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly management reporting
  • Perform and prepare variance analyses (P&L and balance sheet)
  • Support month-end and year-end closings
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses and reports (e.g., in Excel or Power BI)
  • Assist in the development and optimization of controlling processes and tools
  • Support cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • Degree in economics/business with a focus on Finance/Controlling or a comparable professional qualification
  • Initial relevant practical experience in controlling or finance (up to approx. 2 years)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially Excel)
  • Prior experience with LucaNet and DATEV is an advantage
  • Quality-, efficiency- and results-oriented working style
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Cooperative and solution-oriented
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and in English
