• You review, code and post ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and bank accounting for multiple companies using DATEV.
• You review and post travel expense reports and credit card statements.
• You perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• You review intercompany reconciliations.
• You prepare payment transactions and monthly reporting processes.
• You actively contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements.
• You contribute to the development and optimization of accounting processes and structures.
• You independently prepare monthly financial statements.
• You ensure the completeness and correct period allocation (accruals and cut-offs) of all transactions.
• You participate in the preparation of tax returns.
