About the role

  • Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day B2B operations
  • Telephone and written communication with business clients
  • Maintain, update and document customer data in the CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, appointments and payments
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing and Operations
  • Assist with recurring sales and marketing tasks, campaigns and reporting/analytics

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications or similar)
  • You work in a structured, reliable way and enjoy day-to-day operations
  • You are comfortable with phone calls and direct customer contact
  • Some experience with office work, CRM or customer communication is an advantage
  • You are eager to learn, detail-oriented and want to develop further in sales
  • Interest in startups, B2B sales or hemp products is a plus
