About the role
- Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day B2B operations
- Telephone and written communication with business clients
- Maintain, update and document customer data in the CRM (Pipedrive)
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, appointments and payments
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Assist with recurring sales and marketing tasks, campaigns and reporting/analyses
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications, or similar)
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and enjoy day-to-day operational tasks
- You are comfortable with phone calls and customer contact
- Initial experience with office work, CRM systems or customer communication is a plus
- You are eager to learn, detail-oriented and want to develop your skills in sales
- Interest in startups, B2B sales or hemp/cannabis products is an advantage
