About the role
- Seeking a Senior Research Analyst to turn data into decisions on Africa’s pressing issues
- Oversee collection, analysis and synthesis of diverse research data (surveys, interviews, media monitoring, open-source intelligence)
- Produce high-quality analytical reports that translate complex information into clear insights
- Lead small-scale projects end-to-end, managing timelines, client communication and project delivery
- Contribute to design of research methodologies and suggest innovative approaches to gather actionable insights
Requirements
- 2–3 years of research experience
- International experience is a must; African exposure ideal
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Proven report writing ability
- Awareness of social, political and economic contexts across Africa (e.g., VEO groups)
- Must have worked in the UK for a Market Research agency conducting primary research
- Must hold a valid UK work permit/visa
