About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with our number one customer – our dealers
- Increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers who will be a good fit
- Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers around the US from our headquarters office locations
- Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred)
- 1-2 year’s previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
- High School Diploma required
- College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
- Clear and effective presentation skills
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
- Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
- Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
