About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute core accounting responsibilities while improving workflows and controls
  • Prepare month-end journal entries, supporting schedules, and account analyses
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate reconciling items
  • Maintain and analyze daily cash balances
  • Support month-end close process with review-ready deliverables
  • Perform financial statement fluctuation analysis
  • Analyze financial and operational data for trends and improvements
  • Partner with different teams to resolve accounting issues
  • Assist in building automated reconciliation processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • One to three years of general accounting experience or related experience
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting concepts
  • Experience preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting systems
