About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop standards of project delivery, organizational change management, budget management, and scope management
Maintain adherence to the applicable project governance framework
Lead application of quality standards to planning, execution, and documentation of projects
Ensure project team members understand and apply quality practices
Assemble and coordinate the program operations leadership team for successful delivery
Provide professional guidance on program scope and structure definition
Implement changes to ensure program goals and critical success factors are achieved
Build and manage a team of project managers towards common goals
Develop and manage project budgets with necessary expenses
Perform comprehensive analyses and guide allocation of program resources
Develop or lead development of OCM plans
Ensure comprehensive communication plans are developed and followed
Meet regularly with program leadership for timely decision making
Maintain and report status against the schedule throughout the program
Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks to successful delivery
Work with the Test Lead on thorough testing plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS level education or equivalent in a related field
Minimum of 12 years of related experience required
Minimum of 8 years of enterprise technology platforms, software development, and business application implementation project management experience required
PMP or PgMP certification required
Large scale ERP implementation (or equivalent) project management experience required
Technology project management in a health-care environment preferred
Proficiency using Smartsheet or MS Project and/or other scheduling tools and managing complex dependency-based project plans
Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and championing business technology projects
Strong planning, communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills for meeting deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
Positive attitude towards change and ability to influence without authority
