About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, automate, and maintain monthly reports and routine analytics
Perform monthly close tasks including journal entries, flux analysis, and financial reporting during the close process
Perform ad hoc analyses – either at the direction of the Director of Finance or proactively to identify risks and opportunities within the business
Provide routine and ad hoc reporting focused on identifying underlying business trends and work to identify opportunities for improvement; ability to quickly create new financial schedules
Analyze financial and operational data, and develop financial models used to guide business decisions
Review and enhance analysis and analytical processes and controls
Act as financial resource for the Hanger Clinic Finance team providing financial decision support, assisting in monthly forecasts, and preparing annual budgets
Support other Shared Services financial requests and decision support as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
4-6 years of relevant experience
Experience within FP&A function at the corporate or division level
Hyperion Planning / Oracle EPM experience a plus
Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Power Point)
