Co-lead the zone with the ZVP of Operational Excellence, fostering a unified leadership approach that balances clinical innovation with operational execution.
Lead the group practice strategy within their assigned geography.
Provide strategic and tactical leadership of teams responsible for patient care.
Oversee clinical team development by identifying skill gaps, supporting career pathways, and cultivating a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize outcomes, drive growth, and enhance quality and consistency of patient care.
Manages the P&L to consistently deliver budgeted results.
Implement and monitor execution/adoption of differentiated commercial programs of care.
Partner with Business Development and Sales to align clinical growth strategies and support market expansion.
Strengthen provider relationships and alignment to support value-based care and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the ZVP of Operational Excellence and other stakeholders to evaluate and optimize the zone’s real estate footprint.
Identify clinical resource needs and recommend solutions to support long-term scalability.
Monitor clinical KPIs (e.g., outcomes, satisfaction, throughput) and use data to drive continuous improvement.
Participate in M&A strategy, including due diligence and clinical integration planning.
Requirements
BA/BS or master’s in Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P), or a post-graduate certificate from a CAAHEP-accredited program, plus successful completion of an NCOPE-accredited residency.
Current certification from ABC or BOC.
10+ years of clinician experience (excluding residency).
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in multi-site management.
5+ years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership (clinic, outpatient, or medical group setting).
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the following locations: Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, or West Virginia
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with EMR systems, healthcare compliance, and referral development.
Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
