About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business leadership team.
- Coach senior leaders, managers, and employees while delivering talent, leadership, and organizational solutions.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with business client groups and across the HR team.
- Analyze data, metrics, and trends to make informed decisions.
- Influence talent decisions by keeping a pulse on the business.
- Identify gaps in current talent and help leaders anticipate and plan for future needs.
- Coach management on people-related matters including employee relations, conflict resolution.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
- Foster the company’s culture while encouraging open and transparent communications.
- Drive organizational design decisions and lead change management and communication plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required.
- Masters degree/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
- Eight (8)+ years of progressive responsibility in human resources disciplines including organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management with demonstrated success in HR business partnering.
- Prior experience managing people is also preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
