About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business leadership team.
Coach senior leaders, managers, and employees while delivering talent, leadership, and organizational solutions.
Develop collaborative partnerships with business client groups and across the HR team.
Analyze data, metrics, and trends to make informed decisions.
Influence talent decisions by keeping a pulse on the business.
Identify gaps in current talent and help leaders anticipate and plan for future needs.
Coach management on people-related matters including employee relations, conflict resolution.
Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
Foster the company’s culture while encouraging open and transparent communications.
Drive organizational design decisions and lead change management and communication plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required.
Masters degree/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
Eight (8)+ years of progressive responsibility in human resources disciplines including organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management with demonstrated success in HR business partnering.
Prior experience managing people is also preferred.
A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
