About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business leadership team.
  • Coach senior leaders, managers, and employees while delivering talent, leadership, and organizational solutions.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with business client groups and across the HR team.
  • Analyze data, metrics, and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Influence talent decisions by keeping a pulse on the business.
  • Identify gaps in current talent and help leaders anticipate and plan for future needs.
  • Coach management on people-related matters including employee relations, conflict resolution.
  • Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Foster the company’s culture while encouraging open and transparent communications.
  • Drive organizational design decisions and lead change management and communication plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required.
  • Masters degree/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Eight (8)+ years of progressive responsibility in human resources disciplines including organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management with demonstrated success in HR business partnering.
  • Prior experience managing people is also preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
