About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Hanger Corporate by screening resumes and interviewing applicants
  • Refer well-qualified applicants to hiring managers
  • Understand and support the recruiting needs of the hiring managers
  • Serve as a liaison for the Human Resources Department
  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates
  • Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge
  • Use Boolean and other search options to find qualified candidates
  • Administer applicant tracking system including creating requisitions
  • Perform post-offer tracking, and develop ad hoc reports as requested
  • Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting for assigned job openings
  • Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments
  • Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit best candidates
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
  • Prescreen candidates and create prescreening questions for hiring managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions OR
  • High School diploma and 7 years of related experience
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS preferred
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Search strongly preferred
  • Use computer, MS Office applications, and general office equipment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Act with integrity in all ways and at all times
