Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Hanger Corporate by screening resumes and interviewing applicants
- Refer well-qualified applicants to hiring managers
- Understand and support the recruiting needs of the hiring managers
- Serve as a liaison for the Human Resources Department
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates
- Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge
- Use Boolean and other search options to find qualified candidates
- Administer applicant tracking system including creating requisitions
- Perform post-offer tracking, and develop ad hoc reports as requested
- Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting for assigned job openings
- Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments
- Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit best candidates
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
- Prescreen candidates and create prescreening questions for hiring managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions OR
- High School diploma and 7 years of related experience
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS preferred
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Search strongly preferred
- Use computer, MS Office applications, and general office equipment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Act with integrity in all ways and at all times
