Provide leadership with routine and ad hoc financial reporting focused on identifying underlying business trends, and partner directly with local-level management to identify opportunities for improvement
Analyze financial and operational data, and develop financial models used to guide business decisions
Assist Corporate Finance with monthly/quarterly financial close processes, including review of key estimates, annual inventory, cost allocations, etc.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Zone leadership, translating financial insights into actionable business strategies
Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts in partnership with field leadership
Prepare and deliver formal presentations of financial results to senior management
Collaborate with field leaders to identify opportunities to improve costs, including materials, labor, and operating expenses
Assist leadership in analysis of potential acquisitions. Assist with post-acquisition integration activities
Prepare journal entries, as needed, to appropriately allocate expenses across clinics
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or similar field
MBA, and/or CPA preferred
Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience, multi-site business experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Proven leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
Strong analytical proficiency, including experience in financial modeling and data interpretation
Ability to manage multiple tasks, make well thought out decisions, and take decisive actions
Experience developing and executing business plans
Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines
High level of attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in financial analysis, reporting and documentation
Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Oracle SmartView, or comparable software
Willingness to travel periodically, 4-5 times a year
