About the role
- Leads a small group of O&P clinics to ensure timely, high-quality care
- Manages staffing plans and supports recruitment in partnership with HR
- Oversees daily operations across multiple clinics to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Aligns clinical and operational strategies with dyad partners and regional leadership
- Maintains dual focus on operational and financial performance
- Monitors KPIs and financial performance across the group practice
- Builds and maintains relationships with local healthcare providers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from ABC or BOC
- A baccalaureate degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics, or the foreign equivalent
- Current ABC Board-Eligibility in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics
- A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
- Minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience
- High school education or equivalent
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Orthotics and/or Prosthetics or related healthcare administration or services
- Minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience
- Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license
