About the role
- Drive the strategy and success of the RCM organization.
- Establish operational objectives, policies, procedures and work plans through leading Performance Managers.
- Engage with field leadership to identify and resolve issues with RCM performance.
- Lead team to gather and summarize data impacting revenue cycle metrics.
- Develop insightful findings and facilitate discussions across departments.
- Responsible for developing RCM department standard of quality metrics related to claims processed and collections problems.
- Develop a process for timely and effective analyses and reporting of financial metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of revenue cycle client experience with at least 5 in a leadership role
- 4-5 years of RCM consulting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations
- Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
