Drive growth with all Surestep products by creating and implementing sales and marketing strategy specific to customer base and the defined territory.
Lead or coordinate “in-service training sessions” and otherwise present at market/product educational events and provide additional customer support to key customers.
Assess and prioritize customer base and allocate time according to the opportunities for most significant impact.
Create on-boarding programs and product training for customers as they sign-on to using Surestep products.
Identify and participate in trade shows that could maximize market impact.
Identify market needs and requirements and be able to effectively articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition.
Requirements
Certified Orthotist or Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist and Sales and Marketing experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience.
At this level, postgraduate coursework may be expected.
Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
